At Cadence Physiotherapy & Rehab, we are dedicated to delivering the highest level of care and expertise. Effective May 1, 2026, our rates will be increasing to ensure we can continue providing exceptional one-on-one care in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Thank you for your understanding and trust in us. We look forward to continuing to support your wellness journey!
New Clients: When booking your initial visit, we also recommend you book 3-4 subsequent visits one week apart, so that you’re all set up for us to carry out your treatment plan and for you to be able to get the appointment times you prefer. These visits can be adjusted at the time of your initial consult based on our assessment findings and your goals.
48-Hour Cancellation Policy: Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 48 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the full regular fee for the service.
Waiting Lists: If you can’t find an appointment that matches your schedule, please use our waiting list or email us. An automatic email will notify you the moment a spot opens up.
Your health and comfort mean everything to us. We value your trust in us and we look forwards to helping you feel your best again!

Raj graduated from the University of Sydney in 2009. With a lifelong love for staying active and a passion for helping people, physiotherapy became his perfect fit. Raj dove into the field headfirst, gaining experience in hospitals treating everything from orthopedic and neurological issues to cardiac and musculoskeletal conditions, not just in Australia but also across the pond in the UK.
Discovering a passion for working with musculoskeletal injuries, Raj decided to spice things up a bit and moved to Vancouver, adding some Canadian charm to his repertoire. He brings a personal touch to his work, having dealt with injuries himself and understanding the real impact they can have, both physically and mentally. He has a special interest working with clients with back pain, knee pain and clients with hypermobility.
When it comes to client care, Raj is all about teamwork. He believes in listening keenly and making each person an active part of their own recovery journey. Taking a holistic approach, he digs deep to find the root cause of the problem and employs a dynamic blend of hands-on therapy, personalized exercise plans, and his experience in teaching Pilates to empower individuals to regain control over their bodies, achieve their goals, and, most importantly, rediscover their smiles.
Outside the clinic, you’ll find Raj expending energy playing soccer, zenning out through meditation and yoga, or soaking up the mountain air through hiking, camping and snowboarding.
